Elliot/Introduction

born and raised in minneapolis minnesota, elliot alexander sterling joined the united states marine corps at age 18. (much to the protests of his mother and extended family.) while rebellious in some degree with his choice, the military instilled much needed discipline in the young man. showing natural skills in both marksmanship and fieldcraft, he was selected to attend an approved scout-sniper school upon reaching the rank of lance corporal. deployed to iraq with the 26th marine expeditionary unit, an 'incident' during a sweep and clear signaled the end of what was a promising career. after all of his squad but him were killed in action, it was determined he was suffering from ptsd and was quietly discharged.
