Rae (the only name this young woman goes by) spends much of her time lazy and lounging. When she's not lounging she's usually volunteering somewhere that works with the homeless. Or busking. Or liberating wallets, purses, and watches. She was apparently pulled off the streets by a cop years ago, and it's not hard to find out she still lives with him.
