| Eliseo ("Cheo") Madrigal is a second-generation American of Costa Rican descent. He and his wife, Nieve, are recent arrivals to Detroit from the Chicago area. They've taken up residence in a modest bungalow in NoHam/Banglatown, which serves as both home and office for the couple.
Eliseo and Nieve earn their living as relationship counselors. They aren't licensed therapists, and their approaches are consequently unorthodox. However, their practice is sex-positive and Kink-friendly, and they serve couples and groups living alternative lifestyles that are often misunderstood or even disparaged by mainstream professionals. Most of their clients arrive by word of mouth among such fringe communities.
Local Kithain may have heard that the couple are knights of House Scathach, questing in Chariot County by the grace and leave of her majesty Queen Mary-Elizabeth of the Kingdom of Grass. Details of their mission are thus far unclear. Those with ties to Caer Palatine, or who seek information there, might know that the Madrigals have built a small reputation to the west as nightmare hunters.
This is the first extended foray for the Wilder couple out of the Duchy of the Four Winds, but it is not uncommon for Scathach Sidhe to travel in connection with their grim and lonely work. Cheo and Nieve are unusual only in that they operate as a team, finding solace in one another.

| Counselor: Eliseo and Nieve gather much of their Glamour through their counseling activities. Together, they work to kindle or nurture the spark of love between couples or groups. As these relationships blossom, and as the lovers learn to express themselves in new and creative ways, the Sidhe marrieds benefit from the passion and imagination exercised by their clients. The Madrigals' practice is focused on mortals, but they might work with anyone who has relationship issues, especially people living alternative lifestyles.
NoHam Neighbors: The Madrigals have recently moved into a bungalow on Moran Street in the NoHam/Banglatown neighborhood of Detroit. Anyone who frequents this area, or Hamtramck just to the south, might run into Eliseo in the course of daily errands or pastimes.
Against the Nightmares: As questing Sidhe, Eliseo and Nieve specialize in hunting those destructive chimera spawned from the darker dreams of men. Most of these creatures have been forced out of Detroit by the oppressive banality there, so the couple often hunt in the suburbs and surrounding area. Those nervosa or noctnitsa potent enough to dwell in the dark corners of Detroit itself make formidable foes indeed.
YKINMK: (But your kink is okay.) While he doesn't play in public anymore, Eliseo still inhabits the fringes of the BDSM scene. There he observes technique, consults with clients, and sells the toys that he makes as a way to supplement the couple's income. Those similarly inclined might cross paths with him in this context.
Not Strictly Ballroom: Eliseo enjoys older styles of dance, especially ballroom and swing dancing. His taste in music runs along similar lines, up to and including newer genres such as electro swing. One might meet him on the dance floor, or within the sultry confines of a local jazz club.
Comparative Religion: He's long been interested in various forms of religious experience-- especially of the mystical or antinomian flavors-- and in the expression of this experience through art. Eliseo could be found haunting a soaring cathedral, a museum featuring paintings from the Old Masters, or a reading by a new devotional poet.
Pen Pals: Do you like to write letters? Not social media posts, or e-mail. A letter, handwritten with a pen on stationary, and left on a table, slipped under a door, or sent through the post? Eliseo enjoys epistolary converse, and might he happy to strike up such an exchange with a like-minded soul.
