- make a build for an LGBTQ+ center, but considering Detroit there may not be enough resources for one to exist. in which case, see if there are student unions and other things that fulfill some of the same niches
- make a build for an apartment where her niece lives. figure out what resources her family would have had to figure out where the apartment would be, and how many rooms, etc.
- make a build for an office area. try to have one with a window. it is probably a group office with 4 desks that are not always occupied (steal floor plan from old jobs!)
- make a build for some observation or feeding platforms?
