- Charles: I will tell you my best guesses for how people work.
- Emma: Dismissive. But I hope she still mistrusts systems of power. Maybe that will protect us.
- Jamila: If anyone can help prevent a miscarriage of justice by understanding all the ways in which structures fail it's her. WHEW. plus maybe she can make heads or tails out of crazy dream shit.
- Jim, intern: Manages the life of a student despite working a dangerous second shift. Why this focus on vengeance?
